2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Service Agreements

• Quotes: Valid for 30 days. Prices may change due to unforeseen factors (e.g., plant availability, soil conditions).
• Deposits: 50% required for projects over £500 (non-refundable if cancellation occurs <7 days before start).
• Changes: Client-requested modifications may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate garden measurements, access, and disclose any hazards (e.g., buried utilities).
• Secure necessary permissions (e.g., for tree removal in conservation areas).

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices: Due within 14 days (unless otherwise agreed). Late payments incur 5% monthly interest.
• Online Sales: Plant purchases require full prepayment; delivery costs calculated at checkout.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Services: 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling; cancellations <24 hours forfeit deposit.
• Events: Workshops refundable up to 7 days prior.

7. Liability

• We’re insured for damage caused by our work but not for pre-existing garden issues.
• Plants are guaranteed for 3 months if cared for as advised.

8. Intellectual Property

• Design plans remain our copyright unless purchased outright (£150 fee).
• Client photos may be used in our portfolio unless opted out.

9. Complaints

Notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion for resolution.

10. Governing Law

These terms adhere to English law. Disputes subject to Huddersfield courts.
